NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the South Australian Road Transport Association will be held:

TIME:
Commencing at 5:30pm.
THE BUSINESS OF THE MEETING will be:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. To discuss any business arising from the previous minutes.
3. To receive the President's Annual Report.
4. To receive the Finance Report and Auditor's Report for the financial year ending 30th June 2026.
5. Election of Office Holders for 2026/2027
IF ATTENDING THE 2026 SARTA AGM

no later than close of business Wed 14th October 2026
IF NOT ATTENDING THE 2026 SARTA AGM
Members who are NOT attending and wish to appoint a Proxy, they may do so by competing a Proxy Form (Link Below) and return it via email to sarta@sarta.org.au
The vote shall be valid for this meeting only.
Proxy Forms to be returned by close of business Wed 14th October 2026
IF NOMINATING FOR THE 2026/27 SARTA BOARD
Nominations can only be accepted from financial members of the Association.
The nominee must also represent a financial member of the Association.
All nominations must be received, addressed to the Executive Officer, SARTA.
Completed forms to be returned via email to sarta@sarta.org.au
by close of business on Wednesday 14th October 2026.
